William R. Adams is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation and toxic torts with an emphasis in asbestos litigation. Aggressively representing clients in all phases of litigation from pre-suit discovery to argument before appellate courts in multiple jurisdictions, he practices in a diverse area of law including motor vehicle accident litigation, premises liability, asbestos litigation, civil rights, uninsured and underinsured motorist arbitrations, errors and omissions, and commercial torts.
Mr. Adams is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Delaware State and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Adams held different positions gaining a wide array of legal experiences, from an associate in a personal injury law firm to unit leader for a large national insurance company’s in-house counsel. Further, he represented the United States as a student practitioner at the U.S. Attorney’s Office Financial Litigation Unit.
Mr. Adams graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1991 with a bachelor’s degree in International Politics and a minor in History. He earned his juris doctorate from Temple University School of Law in 1994 and served as a member and editor of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal. |
