Charles G. Brown is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C and serves as Chair of the Medicare Compliance Group and Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Group. His work in handling Medicare set aside compliance matters has been for both workers’ compensation and liability claims for companies in various industries and of various sizes. In addition, he handles workers’ compensation cases for employers, workers’ compensation insurance carriers, and third-party administrators.
Mr. Brown is a frequent lecturer on issues related to work place injuries. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Self Insureds as well as the National Council for Self Insureds. He is also a member of the Ambulance Association of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Brown is a member of the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Brown has been named in The Best Lawyers in America® in the field of workers’ compensation law and was named to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® as one of 2009’s top attorneys in Pennsylvania.
In 1978, Mr. Brown graduated from Franklin & Marshall College with a B.A. in Political Science. He received his J.D. from Duquesne University in 1983. |
